Mohammed Shami became the fastest Indian bowler to 100 ODI wickets with the wicket of Martin Guptill, reaching the landmark in just 56 innings. Irfan Pathan, in 59 innings, had previously been the fastest Indian bowler to 100 ODI wickets.
Shikhar Dhawan reached 5000 runs in ODI cricket, also becoming the second-fastest Indian batsman (after Virat Kohli, who reached the landmark in 114 innings), and the third-fastest overall (with Brian Lara in 118 innings) to do so.
